The Royal Arch Masons
The Royal Arch Masons have formed a partnership with
the Community, the Nation and the World through our Royal
Arch Charities. This partnership provides a wide range of
benefits through scholarships, through medical research and
through the Lung disease fund.
The Scholarship Program is an investment in the future
leaders of our Community and our Nation through our $500 and
$1,000 scholarships to our children and grandchildren. Our
Goal is to double the $500 award to $1,000. This program
helps to educate the future leaders of the Community.
The Royal Arch Medical Research Fund is our way to invest in
the community and benefit mankind by remitting funds to the
MMRL, sponsoring Fellowships to those working in the Medical
Laboratory in Utica, making annual donations to some
hospital in need of equipment such as Breathing Assistance
Equipment.
The Diseases of the Lung Program is a well endowed but not
well known part of the Royal Arch Charities. It was
originally started as "The Tuberculosis Fund".
When a cure for tuberculosis was discovered and the disease
virtually eliminated it was renamed. This fund underwrites
the medical expenses of our members and their families who
suffer from lung illness, such as Lung Cancer, that are not
totally covered by medical insurance.
It is through the continuing effort and support of the Royal
Arch Masons that we are able to continue to carry out and
expand these important works.
